Physical Therapy

The goal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at DMH Physical Therapy is to assist people who have experienced disabling diseases or injury regain control of their lives by restoring movement and function. Our physical therapists create individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs, abilities, and objectives of each patient. They provide services in conjunction with other specialties for a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological and general medical conditions. Our clinical staff has 50 years combined experience and includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant. Patients are seen by physician referral. Office hours are by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
